2. Device Handover: Upon selecting a patient, your provider hands them the device.
3. Minimal Paperwork: Your staff completes a concise, one-page form and faxes it to us. This step initiates the onboarding process.
Comprehensive Patient Education and Profile Setup
Upon receiving the form, our Onboarding Coordinator promptly connects with the patient on the next business day. We take responsibility for:
- Educating the Patient: Our coordinator teaches the patient how to use the monitor effectively, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
- Profile Creation: We set up the patient’s profile in our HIPAA-secure online portal, a hub for tracking and managing their health data.
- First Reading Confirmation: We closely monitor to ensure the patient’s first reading is successfully transmitted to the portal, marking the start of our continuous monitoring service.
Dedicated Monitoring and Reporting
With the onboarding complete, our team takes over all aspects of monitoring. This allows your providers and staff to focus on other critical, revenue-generating activities within your practice. Each month, you will receive:
- Detailed Reporting: A comprehensive report detailing all the CPT codes your provider should bill for, ensuring you capture all appropriate revenue for the services rendered.
