Seamless Patient Onboarding
The process is simple
- Clinic’s Role Your primary responsibility is to identify patients who would benefit from remote monitoring and assign them one of our devices. We provide all devices and testing consumables at no additional cost to your clinic.
- Streamlined Paperwork Your staff completes a simple, one-page form and sends it to us via fax or email. This form kickstarts the onboarding process seamlessly.
Comprehensive Patient Education and Profile Setup
Upon receiving the form, our Onboarding Coordinator promptly connects with the patient on the next business day. We take responsibility for
- Educating the Patient Our coordinator teaches the patient how to use the monitor effectively, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
- Profile Creation We set up the patient’s profile in our HIPAA-secure online portal. All patient readings and documentation are securely retained for seven years, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
- First Reading Confirmation While on the phone with the patient, we guide them through taking their first reading to confirm it is successfully transmitted to our portal.
Dedicated Monitoring
With onboarding complete, our team manages all aspects of monitoring from readings and documentation to testing reminders and out-of-range alerts. This allows your providers and staff to focus on other critical, revenue-generating activities.
Detailed Reporting
Each month, you receive a comprehensive report detailing all CPT codes your providers should bill for, ensuring you capture all appropriate revenue.

Remote physiologic monitoring treatment management services, bill for the first 10 minutes of clinical staff/physician/other qualified health care professional time in a calendar month.

Each month, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing all the CPT codes your providers should bill for, ensuring you capture all appropriate revenue for the services rendered.
We charge a fixed monthly fee per enrolled patient for RPM services. If we don’t perform the services and obtain a billable code for you, you won’t be charged.
